Spring manufacturing quality
When manufacturing springs, we place emphasis on precision, reliability and quality design.
We comply with the required dimensions, properties and technical parameters according to the specific specification. We manufacture each spring with regard to its method of use and the requirements it must meet during its deployment. Therefore, not only the processing itself plays an important role, but also the correct choice of material, control of the resulting parameters and possible surface treatment.
Quality control is also an integral part of production. Our products are subject to quality controls according to . (Art. 26, Art. 27).
We perform also testing the pressure and tension of the springs on the measuring device acc ČSN 02 6002 III Art. 28. By checking, we can verify whether the springs correspond to the required technical parameters.
What can we offer you?
- Certification: On request, we can issue a certificate of springs according to EN 10204 for the declaration of the required technical properties and parameters of the product.
- Top materials: We manufacture springs from materials originating from the EU, which are supplied with complete quality certificates. The choice of a suitable material is important for the resulting mechanical properties of the spring, its strength, flexibility, resistance to stress and overall service life. When choosing, we therefore take into account the specific use of the spring and the requirements for its operational properties.
- Surface treatment: We offer a wide range of surface treatments according to customer requirements. It is available for example galvanizing, chrome plating, blackening, phosphating, beading or painting in the desired RAL color. The surface treatment can be chosen according to the environment in which the spring will be used and the requirements for its protection and appearance.
Spring Design Assessment
Upon request, we can also check the suitability of the required dimensions and parameters before production compression or tension springs. For some designs, a particular design may be possible from a manufacturing point of view, but may not be suitable for proper spring function. This is, for example, an inappropriate ratio of spring diameter, wire diameter, number of turns or pitch of turns.
For example, too high a rise can lead to instability of the spring and its subsequent deformation under load. Therefore, before starting production, we can assess the required dimensions and draw attention to possible design risks. If necessary, a more suitable adjustment of the dimensions can also be consulted so that the spring corresponds to the required function and method of use.
For springs, it is important that the final design corresponds to the parameters required for a specific application. During the inspection, we therefore monitor the specified dimensions and, depending on the nature of the spring, also its functional properties. For selected products, we perform pressure and tension measurements, which make it possible to verify the behavior of the spring under load. The correct combination of material, dimensions, production design and possible surface treatment has a direct effect on the functioning of the spring in practice. Therefore, when processing an order, we proceed from specific requirements for the resulting product and its use.
