Order Requirements

We offer stock compression and extension springs of standard dimensions as well as custom production according to drawing documentation, a sample or specified parameters.

For custom production, please provide the dimensional data below according to spring type.

Compression springs

  • D1= outer diameter of the spring

  • d = wire diameter

  • z = total number of turns (incl. closing)

  • L0 = free length

  • Quantity

Extension springs

  • D1= outer diameter of the spring

  • d = wire diameter

  • z = total number of threads (active)

  • L0 = free length

  • Quantity

Torsion springs

  • D1= outer diameter of the spring

  • d = wire diameter

  • Lz= length of the part formed by the threads in the free state

  • Angles, lengths, spring arm shapes and winding sense (right, left)

  • Quantity

The delivery time for custom production is usually 2-3 weeks from the order, depending on the current production workload.

We usually ship stock springs and EN 10270-1 SH spring wire immediately.
